Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
